Team RFG recently held the Annual Planning 2008 in Bangkok Thailand last July 11 – 14, 2008. A 1 Day Conference was held at D’MA Hotel where each department presented their plans and programs for FY 2009. The departments plans and programs were consolidated to come out with the company's overall objective for the coming fiscal year.

During the conference, Mr. Ramon F. Garcia himself started the conference laying all his cards for the company’s growth and new mission. He stated that all employees from top management to the lowest ranking personnel are part of the company’s success.

After an lively and highly spirited conference, the team enjoyed sight -seeing and shopping in Bangkok. Some of the sites they visited are Safari World, Temples and of course several shopping malls and night markets. The team had also a grand time during its 3 hour dinner cruise where they have a suptious dinner and good fun with the ship's entertainer who happens to be a filipina.
